We are honored and excited to be part of The Adaptive Film Tour with Sterling Rope!
The film highlights two adaptive climbers, Jim Ewing and Maureen Beck, as they seek to be the first duo to make an all adaptive ascent on one of Canada's most unique lines.
Jim Ewing – a rope engineer and below-the-knee amputee – enlists professional climber, Maureen Beck – born without her left hand – to attempt the first all-adaptive ascent of the über classic and deeply remote Lotus Flower Tower (5.10+) in Canada's Cirque of the Unclimbables. As their adventure unfolds, we see that the ability to adapt is universal and a common thread that unites us.
Join us August 3rd for the film screening, free posters, and more!
