Level Up: Pumped Out
This 6-week program is designed to take climbers at 5.9 and above to the next level while also taking steps to minimize injury. The program utilizes concepts from several climbing training books to create a well-rounded course of instruction plus scheduling and tools to continue after the course ends. The course is broken into three parts: base fitness, strength, and power.
Take a moment to focus on yourself. Whether from daily stress or non-stop climbing, our yoga classes will focus on a balanced approach to connecting to your breath, opening up your hips and shoulders (problem areas for climbers and desk jockeys alike), and connecting all four limbs through a strong core. Walk-ins: $15 (30% off for members)
Wake UP and shine by starting your day with yoga. This morning class will synchronize breath and movement through sequences designed to build flexibility and strength with a focus on proper alignment of the body.
Blend vinyasa flow and anusara alignment principles to get you sweating. These classes have varying focuses including backbends, inversions, heart and hip openers, arm balances, and more. Power UP before you climb or lengthen out after, either way, these classes will have you sweating and pushing yourself, working towards getting that hip flexibility or core tension you need on and off the wall. Our most relaxing class will help you to de-stress and end your day in a relaxed state of body and mind. You will be guided through a gentle flow designed to improve flexibility and range of motion, with rest in sustained, relaxing postures.
For ages 6-11, these classes will help your little ones build some awareness of themselves and how their bodies move. Each week this one hour class will have balance, stretching, and breathing techniques with a side of yoga philosophy and mindfulness games, all in a fun learning environment designed for kids. Instructed by Jen B, a certified children’s yoga instructor.
