like no other in baton rouge

Rock Climbing requires communication and trust, vital elements in high-performing teams. Collaborate with us to build your team Up, all while experiencing the thrill of climbing. You will learn about both your team and yourselves.

We offer three tiers of team building, each with aspects designed to be available to adults of nearly any age or fitness level. All include full access to our large group room for the entire session.

• The Crux - In climbing, the crux is the most challenging part of the route. This is our full team-building course, four hours long, for up to 20 team members, with several team building exercises, customized based on your survey-defined team needs.

• The Crag - A crag is a small area of climbing routes where climbers gather to solve their climbs (usually called problems). This is a 2.5 hour team-building session for your team of up to 20, similar to the Crux but with fewer team building exercises.

• The Ropes - Ropes are our lifeline in climbing and they protect us when we fall. In this 2.5 hour course, you will learn the trust and communication inherent in the climber/belayer relationship through basic ropes skills training. This course is less involved versus the Crux and Crag and focuses on pairs as a team.

Available add-ons include catering, projector rental, and additional room time should you wish to have a team meeting in our group space.
