Attention Parents & Chaperones of young Climbers!
You must be active in helping your young group to follow our facility rules (clearly posted and explained at the start of the party). Your UPTOWN party hosts will be focused on their priority of getting little climbers UP AND DOWN our walls.

Parties run every Saturday and Sunday at 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Spots go fast so book yours online now!
What’s Included
Private party room for the full event
Two 45-minute staff assisted climbing sessions (~1 staff per 5 climbers) with a 30-minute break in between for cake and presents
Harnesses for all climbers
Package does not include bouldering or auto belays!
Pricing
Base Party $325 – Up to 10 climbers.
$25 each additional up to max of 20 climbers.

Terms and Conditions:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Payment may not be divided among multiple credit cards, and checks will not be accepted.
A party may be rescheduled one (1) time only. Any subsequent rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new reservation must be made through the Uptown Climbing online booking system.
If a party is rescheduled or cancelled less than 4 days in advance, UpTown Climbing will keep the deposit and a new deposit must be applied to new booking. Parties may be rescheduled no less than 4 days in advance without loss of deposit. The deposit will be applied to the updated booking.
Understand that ALL VISITORS, even if not climbing, must sign a Visitor Agreement prior to passing the front desk and entering the gym. Only the Parent or Court-appointed Legal Guardian may complete the Visitor Agreement for a minor.

Standard bookings available Saturdays & Sundays at 10am and 1pm
The booking party may arrive up to 30 minutes early to set Up custom decorations
Guests may start arriving up to 15 minutes before your event.
Book up to 6 weeks but not less than 14 days in advance of your event via our Party Calendar or by clicking below.
Off-schedule (non-standard) bookings may be accommodated for a $100 premium
by request.
